That’s why we are giving free vegetable starts and mushroom spores, along with pots, soil, and nutrients to families in need. You have a .org URL, are you a nonprofit?
No. Truth be told the only reason we have a .org is because .com was taken and I don’t like the .co. Our free spores and starts program is funded by the sales of this site and our good fortune. So, if you’d like to support our efforts, please buy something.
How do I qualify for free starts?
We like to believe that most people are good and honest so we don’t have qualification standards. If you come to us wanting to grow food, you will leave here with food to grow.
Aren’t Magic Mushrooms illegal?
For the most part yes, magic mushrooms, their mycelium and the fruiting body of the mushroom are illegal. However, the spores to these mushrooms are 100% legal. If you want to lean about the medicinal benefits of psilocybin mushrooms and hear my moral argument on the matter click HERE
Do you offer shipping?
Yes and No. We believe food should be grown locally so we do not ship our vegetable starts, clones, soils, or fruiting blocks. We do ship our fertilizers, liquid culture syringes, spore prints, and apparel.
What are your hours of operation?
We don’t keep regular business hours. Pull up and honk between 6 am 6 pm and someone “should” be here to help you. Come honking after 6 pm and before 6 am, you’ll “probably” be met by Koby our guard dog. Best option is to set an appointment
Where is my order?
Every order that is shipped will be provided a tracking number. Some orders can take up to two weeks to process. If you did not receive a tracking number than your order is still being processed. An email should have been sent to you explaining the processing schedule. If you still have concerns please email us at sales@joydirt.com.
